Schedulers need schooled in proper time necessary to complete haircut and color. To schedule an apt so quickly following my apt puts undue pressure on stylist to complete tasks hurriedly.
Also proper professional attire should be addressed. One young lady was wearing a VERY sheer top with a black bra underneath. It may be trendy but it wasn't professional. After all, there are male clients in the store too.

I apologize if you felt rushed in any way, or that the environment was unprofessional regarding dress. Our goal is to always maintain good customer service. Due to the amount of hair guests have, and the services they are receiving, sometimes its hard to always judge the exact amount of time needed. I appreciate your feedback and will continue to make sure our stylists are working with our appointment coordinators to ensure good customer service.

Andi is great! So happy to use her! She took what I wanted and nailed it! She’s great company and even had grace with my extremely thick hair.

I have been going to TL salon for many years, and I would never go anywhere else! My hair is always colored, cut and styled beautifully!
The salon is a luxury experience but with reasonable prices.
From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted and welcomed. Everyone in the salon is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.. the salon owner is a very special person and TL Salon North River is a rare gem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Andi was such a pleasant girl to talk to and does such an excellent job! She was fast and professional. I also love the products they use and how easily it lifts color. Andi is a color genius!
