This was a God-sent for me! Everything they advertised online about their business, professionalism, quality, seeing people as people, not a dollar really have me deep respect for Tire City & Automotive Service! It came from the top and flowed to the employees as I experienced a spirit of excellency, not only in their work, but as a valued customer. Every customer matters with this company, and that speaks VOLUME!

I was traveling back to Florida after a short stay in Birmingham. I got a flat tire late Saturday afternoon. I could not find a repair shop that was open that carried my size tire. I sent an email to Tire City & Automotive and Jerad responded almost immediately. He arranged for the tire to be at his shop, and set up an appointment for me first thing so that I could get back on the road. My husband and I spent the weekend in your lovely city enjoying the hospitality and restaurants. Once Monday morning rolled around Jerad got me in and out very quickly, and we were able to get back on the road. I really appreciated Jerad's quick response and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop because of their honesty, customer service and their quality work. Outstanding job Jerad and thanks once again!

Got things done, but a long wait! Getting the last part done today, and it is the same story again. Long wait! Love the service, and the waiting area is ok, but could do without the wait!!
