I'm giving only two stars because I Have never seen a contractor that doesn't care about cleaning things after work. I have to spent 4 hours cleaning all rocks, mud, concrete left and drops of concrete splashed on the two windows.

Max/team installed our sprinkler system in late-summer 2010 when house was built. Last 60 days has been the first maintenance/tuning required on the system. Max has been quick to take care of our needs and keep the water flowing as July/August Texas heat hit. Most recently the crate myrtle he added to our front yard added a 'snap' with its bright red color.

Texas Beautyscapes installed the original landscaping and sprinkler system for our entire front yard then came back several years later at our request to modify and add additional rock in the back yard. This third time they were here to fill in some areas that had settled due to the heavy Spring rains, as well as label and map the sprinkler system for the entire yard. This was accomplished the day after we contacted them. In addition, we were presented with a map to identify the 11 sprinkler zones in our yard, as well as indicate the volume of water needed for each zone based on whether it was grass or the type of planting material that was used. A second system was also set up with a reduced amount of water for the cold and sometimes wet days during the Winter months.

All issues and questions were addressed and I felt as if I could call at any time in the future if the system were leaking, needed additional zones or we had questions regarding how much to water per zone as conditions changed.

Right now the review would be very bad. First of all, after numerous calls for service, we were told on June 12th that some one would be out late afternoon or Saturday morning - no one came and no call. We received a call on Wednesday, June 17th asking if we would be home so someone could come and check the system. Victor came, changed out the Controller - it did not fix the problem. He said Max would come out to check on the Relay. I called him on Thursday, June 18th to say we had a medical apt at 9:15 but would be home after that. He said it would be afternoon before he came. He did not come. It is now Friday, June 19, and no call and no one has shown up. We need service and response. Help!!!!!!

So far Texas Beautyscapes has been a pleasure to work with. Max has been very responsive and flexible to our needs. The work has not started yet but I do not expect any issues. Texas Beautyscapes was recommended by a friend and custom home builder. So far Beautyscapes has lived up to our expectations.

Was told I would have an estimate the next day which came and went with no estimate. Called and texted several times with no response. I finally received an estimate 3 days later, after calling and texting again, which did not cover everything we discussed. Based on the customer service I recieved I went with a different company who matched the price with a better product.
