I am the owner of 6 rental units. Over the years we have replaced all of our evaporative coolers with Swamptech and used them for service. Excellent product. Excellent service. We intend to continue using them.

The technicians were nice. However they noted a problem but then didn't have the parts necessary to make the fix in the truck. It would have taken another service call to come back and make the necessary upgrade that was needed. They also didn't have any paperwork to give me a receipt so I had to call in to have them email me a receipt

I really didn't what was going to happen I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but I needed help with my cooler. After the 2 techs arrive and telling them the problem I was having and why I needed a new one they check the cooler and gave me some ways to go they fixed the problem I was having and recommend Ed what kind of cooler I should replace my old one with. They were resanable with the charges for the repair and very helpful. I will defenetly try them again they are worth the try.

If there were 10 stars, John would get them all! Kind, polite, respectful, friendly, professional, experienced and so smart about the product. Made things understandable. We love our swamp cooler!! So grateful to John for taking the time to explain how to keep our new home comfortable! Just can't say enough.

He arrived at 340pm for a 2pm appointment no one called to let me know. Your tech knows approximately when they will complete a job, a call 15 minutes before arrival time with ETA will generally be acceptable to anyone. Better coordination with scheduler/office support could minimize customer frustration - one tech can't do what two can - the days schedule should have been adjusted. COMMUNICATE!!
