The receptionist worked my little dog into an already overflowing schedule and she was seen in just a couple of hours. It was good that she was seen so promptly because she had quickly developed a serious condition that when treated early has a good outcome. I shall be forever grateful that the staff at South Ridge Animal Clinic cared enough to make sure my precious pet was seen and treated. The follow up calls were also caring as well as informative about questions I had about my dogs treatment.

They are particularly GREAT at responding to a 'sense of emergency' and taking time to be sure questions are answered. They have very caring hearts and are always very helpful in listening to concerns.

The staff makes my dog very comfortable, even if the procedure is not that. They know my dogs history and his personality and it shows in his treatment, both medically and personally. They are also very in touch with the feelings of the owners and provide options with that in mind. I have used South Ridge for many years now and have never once considered what another vet office might be like.

Doctors and Staff are very knowledgeable of current veterinary practices and products. I do not have to wait and get in at my appointment time. I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered. I have been going to the clinic for over 20 years.

As strange as it seems Charly loves to go to the clinic. Everyone there is awesome helpful and caring. Love this place. And so does Charly.
