This appointment was my first experience with Botox. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. I am so glad I chose Southern Pines Aesthetics and Laser Institute. I had a late appointment with one person ahead of me. The person in ahead of me took longer than the staff expected, running into my appointment time. She still spoke with me, answered all of the questions I had, discussed prices, made sure I was comfortable and provided services after their normal business hours. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and their establishment. I will definitely be booking more appointments. Thank you so much for everything!!

I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Kate. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. All my questions were answered completely and I was treated with the greatest amount of professionalism. I would recommend their services to all of my friends and family.

Very professional & friendly that provides excellent service. Ensures that each client is satisfied and their performance is completed in a timely manner. I appreciate tremendously the willing to work with the client on scheduling an appointment. Great atmosphere to receive an overall relaxing and worthwhile treatment.

I just had my consult and Dr. Kate was exceptional in explaining the treatment. She made me feel less anxious and excited about moving ahead with the treatment. Her staff, Susan and Nicole, were so friendly and made me feel right at home. Thank you and I'm looking forward to seeing my results.
