I feel the staff cares about my pet when they are interacting with her. There were some tests done and I was told I would have them in three days and it was over a week before I received the results.

So many emergencies, yet they fit my suddenly ill pet in with the vets and staff having to work after hours to care for those urgent need clients.

All of the staff are wonderful, the doctor's are great!!! My pets never leave unhappy.

We were on time for our appointment, but had to wait an hour to see the doctor and get our dog evaluated. They said they had an emergency that put them behind. We totally understand emergencies happen but they should of called us and told us to come in later or give us the chance to reschedule. Not very considerate of the customer.

Prices are very high for blood work/tests. Recommend shopping around.

Im not sure about dogs or cats but the care I received for my hedgehog was better than I couldve imagined. I didnt know for the longest time that Southgate Animal Hospital served exotic animals but after finding that out, I would never go anywhere else. They made me feel so comfortable and everyone went out of their way to be so helpful and friendly.
