I can't say enough about the staff and Dr.Shields! They have been providing my dental care for many years and today, they are still the same friendly and professional staff as they were day one! Recently, I began orthodontic care with Invisalign through Dr. Shields' office. Dr. Shields and her staff work so well together and with me, helping to coordinate my routine orthodontic visits and regular dental exams, to ensure I stay on schedule! Each staff member I have encountered for my dental needs has always shown their own personal interest in my care and satisfaction with their service. Dr. Shields never minds taking time to explain a procedure or answer my questions and never makes me feel like just another patient in a chair. Dr. Shields and her staff deliver exceptional dental and orthodontic care and I can't imagine going any where else!

Before my visit to Dr. Shields I had been seeing the same dentist for many years. The receptionist was very friendly when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Shields provided me with protocol and out of pocket cost at no cost. The office is state of the art. My crown was made in the office in one visit. The entire staff was welcoming and made me feel very relaxed throughout the procedure. I happy I made the change to Dr. Shields.

Going to see Robin and Dr. Shields is always a visit I look forward to. It's more like going to see friends than "going to the dentist office".

Lisa took great care of me. She took her time and made sure I had a great cleaning. The office staff was fantastic and Dr. Shields was very pleasant. I also love that I did not feel like I was sitting in an office from 1970. Everything was modern and the equipment was top of the line. Oh and I love that there is not the use of the sonic scaller. Great job!

Overall experience was excellent. There were moments where the cleaning was painful, especially in areas where I have problems. You have a great office staff.

beautiful office, new equipment, very pleasant staff that always gives attentive/excellent service. However, Dr. Shields never addressed me by name as I suspect she does with other patients. I have suggested that she pay attention to this in previous reviews because I find that this makes a much more personable experience, being greeted by name when she walks in the room and leaves. Otherwise, no complaints at all.
