I booked a holiday surprise for a facial with my daughter. We got to the spa only to find out that one of the two estheticians left for the day and we could not have our mother-daughter outing as planned for this Christmas gift. We had one facial appointment, so my daughter was able to get hers, but the whole idea of this was to do something together. Highly disappointing. Lost a lot of my confidence in the spa, and not sure I would book a facial here again.
We truly apologize for the mistake we made on our end with the miscommunication, and we take ownership with the error. The situation was uncommon for us, and I hope you can forgive us. I hope it helped in a small way that we comped your service yesterday for your daughter.

Service was great. I forgot that you do not add the blow out post dye service. It would be great if the person who confirmed my appointment asked if like to add a blow out service?
