Very clean, professional, & friendly environment & staff. I was very nervous as I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years and Dr. Shimizu went over everything in a manner that was informative but not scary. I left the office excited about my treatment (which will be 3 crowns, 4 fillings, followed by braces) which should be overwhelming and scary. When I walk in they welcome me by name and my 3 trips to the office thus far have been nice breaks from work. Amazing isn't it!?

I get a wonderful experience with every visit. The staff is super nice and knowledgable. The office is very modern and nice. My teeth are thanking me daily.

Dr Tan and Jaime both did a terrific job on my root canal procedure. Dr Tan was very good handling my anxiety and discomfort. My painful moments were kept to a minimum level. The entire procedure took less time and discomfort than I had anticipated.. Hope Dr tan continues working on further root canal patients!!!

Everyone there makes you feel so welcomed. They are like family now. My boys love to go to the dentist.

My first cleaning at Shimizu went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly, the cleaning was PAIN-FREE, and speedy. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment and enjoyed being able to watch Netflix to pass the time.

My visit was good, the temp job went well. The staff and Doctor did a good job. NOW, the only thing that I did not like was, after I was home for a couple of hours. This is the one and only time my mouth was so sore where the work was done on my tooth. I had to take a vicodin which I rarely take. Other than that, I'll see you in a couple of weeks!
