I love this yoga studio! The space itself is clean and relaxing. I love taking morning classes and seeing the sunrise out the window, or at night, the beautiful Williamsburg sunsets. It's so calming. And Leslie is the best yoga instructor I've ever had. She's so patient and pushes me just a little bit every time. Despite being extremely unflexible, she never makes me feel silly for trying a new pose and she consistently encourages even the smallest bit of progress. She creates such an accepting and open environment for all students.

Friendly and welcoming instructors and staff. Yoga classes in a variety of styles. I've been almost every day for 3 months and never had a bad experience.

Sangha Yoga Shala is absolutely the best Yoga studio and wellness community in all of NYC. I have been practicing here for a little over ten months. It has been a life changing experience. Every class is taught by world class instructors, there are amazing monthly weekend workshops and the community is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Sangha to anyone looking to develop there practice or just try out a class!!

I love the studio and all the teachers. Even happy with the substitutes as well! Recently took a prenatal class with Harper and I thought she was great. Looking forward to trying prenatal pilates soon. Thank you!!

What I really like about Sangha yoga shala is the small and intimate class sizes. I am able to get attention from the instructor and improve my practice. Every instructor brings in a new angle to the practice of yoga and it is always refreshing!

There was so much AC and fan noise and wind that it was impossible to get warm or sweaty or into the zone. I took a prenatal Hoping to strengthen my body for pregnancy but instead it was a very slowly paced class that did nothing strengthening and only some simple stretches that I could have easily done at home. A bit disappointed.

It was a very good class - I took the intermediate flow at 5.30 pm on Saturday. The atmosphere and setting was extremely pleasant. The teacher, Ophra, was excellent. I will be going back, especially for classes at sunset.
