Salon STL’s staff is always super helpful and friendly. I’ve been getting my haircut there for over 2 years and they have never failed to ask me if I need anything when I check in for my appointment. It’s hard to find customer service that goes above and beyond consistently like this. I can’t say enough about how outstanding Milena is. She helped guide me to a style that I’ll stick with for the foreseeable future because I love it! The cuts she gives are to my exact liking but when I’ve asked her to give me something a little different: she’s always been up for the challenge with a modern and fun cut. She’s so kind and considerate and we always have such nice chats. This is the happiest I’ve ever been with my hair EVER and that’s all thanks to her. Milena is a keeper!

I I moved to St. Louis in October 2022 and have been Milena’s client since that time. She’s an excellent stylist- skilled and creative.
On another note, may I offer my suggestion regarding your salon redesign. As a person interested in health, I think that.you should provide anti-fatigue mats to your stylists. OSHA publication @ https://www.osha.gov/ergonomics
I also want to acknowledge the excellent staff that work at the front desk. I really appreciated their efforts to reschedule people during the construction. They are always very welcoming.

medication received an amazingly powerful massage from Kristen. She was very friendly and easy to talk with. She was thorough during the pre-massage chat and listened carefully to me. The massage itself was just what I needed!! She found the right amount of pressure and listened to my body throughout the massage. I couldn’t be happier!!

My haircut, hairstyle and color isalways good. Unfortunately I left with a headache from the lighting and a sore bum from the new chairs. Hoping things can be adjusted.
