I use RM Ratta for my septic tank pumpings. I also use them for Septic repair and installs. They are very easy to work with, professional, polite and prompt with service and communication. I deal mainly with Mark and he is a pleasure.
I did also meet the owner Rob when he was working very late to finish a job for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs septic service.

Despite the record breaking 2014/15 winter weather, Ratta worked with me to complete a septic replacement. They were responsive/communicative related to schedule and worked efficiently and effectively coordinated wiith the engineers and board of health once in the field.

I called Jen (who was fantastic) on Tuesday 3/3/2015 looking to get my septic tank drained and was originally told that they were waiting until later in March due to all the snow on the ground. When I states that I had snow blowed a path from the driveway to the septic, Jen said that she would see what they could schedule. After a brief hold she came back and said that they could go out the same day sometime in the afternoon. I coulnt have been more happy as I could begin to smell the septic; and who wants to be the smelly house on the block.
I want to thank RM Ratta for coming out so quickly and providing a great service. I look forward to working with them in the future and referring them to those that I know in the area.

given the time of year, the unusual obstruction in place, and the urgency, I was extremly pleased first with the response time and secondly with the result. The effort was strong. I am not AWARE OF WHAT A COMPETETIVE PRICE MIGHT HAVE BEEN BUT OPTIONS WERE FEW OR NONE AND THE END RESULT WAS PRICELESS.
