I love this place! Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and the ladies are so sweet and professional. I was also extremely happy with my nails and my massage. I felt like a new woman when I left! Can't wait to visit again.

I have been going to the spa for almost 3-4 years and the last 3-4 months I have had terrible experiences. The first time I was in a wreck and called to let them know a few hours later but they still charged me for the visit. It seems like they have no empathy and only care about the money. Even though I was a customer for so many years, they really did not care. The second incident was even more terrible. I was caught in traffic and told them that I would be 5-7 min late. They asked me if it would be closer to 5 or 7 and I told them probably closer to 7. They told me that they usually give only 5 min beyond the appt time for clients to make it and I would have to reschedule. I told them that I was willing to forgo 15 min on my service and do it for 45 min instead of 60 min as I had already taken the afternoon off for the service . They said they would check any then informed me that they cannot accommodate me and I would have to reschedule. I have never heard of a place give u only 5 min beyond your appt. I love the person who does my treatment and as a result I have been going here for all these years but I realized that the ownership and other staff care only about the money and need to learn about customer service. They need to know how to treat their long standing clients rather than be a place to just make money
