Our experience was excellent as always! I trust this animal hospital with my fur babies lives! I really enjoy expressing how much I love this place to friends and family. I have a lot of friends and family that will even take the drive for the services they provide. It makes everyone very comfortable when everyone in there is so kind and warm hearted towards all of the animals! Thank you so much for your professionalism, compassion, and wonderful service!

Waited 40 min to be seen. This seems to be the new norm here. Nurse came in the room took the dogs one at a time in back for shots and then I left to pay. Little to no personal interaction.

Gave my pet the care he needed,is getting better. Disappointed that your policy is to not buy back unopened food that my pet would not eat. I have worked in the pet industry for over 20 years and I know that royal canin guaranties their food, if you did not want to re sell the food, royal coin would give you a complete refund.

I have been with Dr. Sandu since he started the practice and refuse to go anywhere else. I have had several dogs with special needs medical conditions and have always felt completely at ease with his decision!

Everyone is wonderful. Love Dr. Hoag and her assistant. I dont remember her name but she was helpful in fixing the confusing set up on the computer. The front reception girls were very friendly.

The Technician and the Veterinarian were both very good with CoCo. They both answered all our questions and explained everything to us. They saw we were very concerned about CoCo and her seizures and took time to come up with a treatment plan for her.
