The care my dog receives is excellent. The staff are wonderful in the care and attention they give our furry kid, And Hazel is excellent at her grooming skills, Our dog always looks beautiful when he comes home.
Our only concern is that we are not able to pick up our dog on Sundays. This, for our family, is unacceptable. If I return from vacation on Saturday, too late to pick him up - understandable... but we should be able to pick him up on Sunday.
If you could make arrangements for a certain timeframe - a window of opportunity - to pick up our pets on Sunday, say between 10 am to noon, I'm sure this would be appreciated!

I Have been to many vets over the years with my previous animals. I have to say I have been overly impressed with the experience here. The staff makes you feel welcome and genuinely cares for your animals.The facility is super clean and modern. I feel comfortable and worry free leaving my pets in your care. The veterinarians are very experienced and quite friendly.

Our Willow has been diagnosed with the dreaded "C" word. She is not even 2 years old. She is a cross of a Golden Retreiver and a Cocker Spaniel. Dr. Ryan was very concerned with the symptons that she was showing and gave her a very thorough and loving care. He saw her almost immediately, when we brought her in. He knew that she wasn't well and immediately referred us to the Mississaug/ Oakville ER Hospital, where they confirmed his worst suspicion. All the technicians love their patients and are very warm and understanding and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them. They also offer a great "First year Puppy package"

Thanks for looking after our Chloe over the weekend, and her dental cleaning on Monday (July 19-21). She is very happy to be home but we know she was looked after wonderfully by everybody at PetVet. Her tag is wagging and she is feeling just fine.
