My visits to Pet-Vet have always been good. I take my dog and my grandsons two dogs to the Vet, Groomer, and buy all their treats there. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Al three dogs get very good treatment.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful people there. Had to have my beloved dog put down recently. They are very compassionate and caring. Thanks Doc Kim and the other staff members too.

An unexpected expense. I was under the impression there would be a fee for exam, heartworm test (informed at the time of scheduling) and preventive medication. The unexpected expense is the charge for an "office call" on top of an exam. Really?
Please provide me with your definition of an office call verses an examination.
My pet Bodie is both a vet and grooming customer.

Yes, every appointment is charged an office call just like when we go to the doctor's office, the same concept applies. We apologize for the miscommunication but yes there will always be a charge for an office call and when the doctor will put her hands on the dog to examine the dog is when we charge for an examination. Since we failed to communicate this to you, we will reimburse you for the office call and leave the credit on your account for your next visit. Please give us a call if you have any further questions.
