Buddy was a bit (actually, a lot!!) nervous but quickly warmed to the staff and so did I. I especially appreciated the education I received and the no-rush atmosphere. I honestly felt important and not like just another client. Thank you very much. I'm sure we'll be back after I figure out what to do about Buddy's knee.

OrthoPets' staff is extremely competent and kind, and they definitely have the animal's best interest in mind while working with the owners on how to best meet these needs as each situation is unique.

I used to be a vet tech and I miss that profession more than the world. So needless to say, I have met many veterinarians. I have to say the vet I worked with at OrthoPets was amazing. She was very informative and caring. This is not a facility that is just out for money, they truly care about your pet.

The team is extremely helpful and the device works perfectly. Jackson was 15 when he rupture his left cruciate ligament. After a few months using the device, his stifle was as stable as it would have been with surgery ( according to my orthopedic vet). It was cheaper and safer than surgery, and because he could move around we had limited muscle loss.

I have been very pleased with the personal service by my case manager, Silver. She has been extremely helpful to my husband and I during a very trying time. Her knowledge is extensive, but she is able to communitcate complicated information to a lay person in a way that is easily understood.

So far, I have been very happy with Silver's attention to getting all the info necessary to make a brace for Penny. I have not received the brace or seen how it will work for Miss P yet, so can't evaluate that aspect. I was very disappointed to know that I could have used a brace like you can provide to use when Penny injured her right front (carpus) instead of putting her through $3,500 in orthopedic surgery and all that involved. I would like the opportunity to re-evaluate after seeing how we do with the brace you are making.

The brace and partial meniscus(sp) repair surgery enabled our 7-year girl to get back to her active self again. I highly recommend their services! The staff and docs are very caring and explain everything very well. Thank you for being in Colorado!

So far my experience with OrthoPets has been great. I filled out the form on their website (introducing myself and giving them information on my dog) and with in 24 hours someone called me from OrthoPets. I also spoke with a rep over the phone, I was ordering the "casting Kit", and the young lady I spoke with was very patient with me and answered all my questions and eased all my concerns.
I am optimistic that everything will go well with the rest of the process.
