Very disappointed. Not of the service but the lab used. They could not seem to fill my order. When they discovered that it was taking longer than normal they should have made the recommendation to pick a different frame.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my order.
Optometric Center replied:

Very friendly and competent staff! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door even though there was another customer at the front desk at the time. Dr. Lee gives the best eye care and is very personable!

The staff was overall friendly, the Doc was friendly and seemed to enjoy his work. I felt like I was important to the business and not just an insurance plan. When selecting frames, they brought a good mix of top-shelf and economic frames, though there were a few more of the more expensive frames giving me the impression they push those a bit harder; however, they were not pushy.
Being my only my second eye exam ever, first being by Army Dr's I don't really know if they're better than those around but I'm happy with my experience.
