NWAC really makes taking my car easy. I really appreciate their commitment to recognizing what needs to be done now, what needs to be done eventually, what is optional, and what is aesthetic. They are upfront on pricing, and don't I've never had a car repair cost more than I expected. No reservations in recommending them and I will continue to use them until they decide that I'm too much of a pain and they fire me. :D

As always, Alex and his team did a great job repairing our car and truck. It was done in a very timely manner and without any surprise extras. We were informed about what was needed BEFORE the repair was done so we could choose which way to go. Have been a customer for many years and will continue to be.
