I've always been treated courteously and professionally with everyone I've dealt with at NOAH, but even more so, compassionately. I've had my share of sad events in the past, and the staff and doctors have understood my grief and encouraged me to make whatever decision was necessary for the comfort and welfare of the pet. Couldn't ask for more.

I love NOAH! I have taken my pets here for years, they are friendly, caring and patient and willing to squeeze us in if there is an emergency. The Doctors always call my pets by their names (I have 3 cats and 2 dogs) and the Receptionists are always glad to see us. They are willing to answer all of my questions on the phone and make sure all of my concerns are taken into account. My pets love NOAH and so do I!

We are so grateful to have such a great Veterinary Hospital near us. We have used NOAH services, (Boarding and Veterinary needs) for our cats for many years. We have just added a new Puppy to our family, and she will be treated and cared for by the great Doctors and Staff of NOAH as long as we have say in it.

I received this email after "having an appointment" at the business. I did not have an appointment, I picked up medication. In the past I have been happy with the personal service they have provided me but as of late I am looking for another clinic and boarding place.
I booked a spot for my dogs four months ago over the 4th of July. They were booked for two full weeks, while I went out of town to help my ailing parents. I was called two days before they were to start boarding and told "we have an illness and will not be able to take your dogs". Two days before... I know things happen, but I would have loved to have heard, "have personally take time to call XXXXXX and have booked you a tentative reservation for the same time. Sorry for the change, but we care about you and your animals."
I have also been put on hold for several minutes, hung up, called back and been on hold again.
This clinic is not what I look for anymore- after 12 years, I am leaving.

North Ogden Animal Hospital is excellent. My pets feel comfortable and are well taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful.

You all are the best. Zoe is always happy when I pick her up and she falls right back into her routine when we get home. She is 15 and we have been to several vets and several kennels. Hands down, you're the best.
