I have concerns about how much the product is drying my face. I called today and left a message for Mabir, but she did not call back.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The Medical Aesthetician is really busy and tries her best to return calls the same day. Calls are always returned before 24 hours. I am glad she has answered all your questions and was able to resolve your skin issues.

The Healthydermis is my most favorite place for skin care solutions. The staff is very professional, service is outstanding, prices are affordable. I have done fractora laser treatments, and the hydrafacials, and 3 months later the results are amazing. My skin looks much much better - it's got more supple, radiant, and even toned, my wrinkles are totally gone! I get compliments from my friends and family all the time!!!

The staff is very friendly and professional.
Perhaps a recommendation would be to give the patient written instructions on how to continue treatment at home. Although it seems to be simple, the information can be overwhelming.
Also, offering water/something to drink after the treatment could add a nice touch.
