I enjoyed the TRX kickboxing class. Only downside is that classes run back to back with the same instructor, so I feel as though talking after the class or asking questions will hold up the next class' start time.

Morning Crane has helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle at age 84 including cancer recovery. Oncologists at Kaiser were amazed that I was able to go through chemo without the side effects of nausea. The radiation did produce very uncomfortable blisters but my recovery was successful leaving me cancer free! Thank you Chris and Parisa.

I have been dealing with lower back problems for years and have tried all sorts of western and eastern treatments. Had a qigong session with Chris, and can't believe the improvement I've had from that session. I wish Chris and Parissa spend more time in Los Angeles so I can book more appointments. I now understand why my friends in the Bay Area highly recommend him.

I went to Morning Crane for a medical qigong treatment. It was my first experience with this type of treatment and my first visit to Morning Crane. I found the facilities to be nice and the staff to be friendly and professional. My treatment was done by Virgil who did a great job assessing my specific needs. He was also very patient with me which was helpful because I was pretty nervous. I'm happy to say my treatment was successful and I look forward to returning.

I received a lot of information on my first visit to meet with Marika. It's too early to provide a review on any results after one visit. But, I would definitely go back for more work. I have lots of information to check into in order to decide what will work for me and I am happy & hopeful about that.

Dustin Jones was a huge help to me.
I had a long term problem with a hamstring injury and in one deep tissue treatment gave me a 30% reduction of pain immobility.

I went there for massage with Dustin. He was able to get rid of my lower back pain with one section, which I had it for last 3 years. He is very well known and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dustin to anyone ....
