I brought my dog in for a nail trim that was on the house due to a prior tool malfunction. I also wanted to have my dogs ears cleaned. I stopped by on my way home and made appointment for later. When I returned I was told that since my last exam was in February 2016, I could not have his ears cleaned since it had been too long since exam. During exam I had been told that he should have his ears cleaned. I did not have the money at the time and had alot going on in my life so my return to the vet was delayed. I asked how long the exam was good for and was told that I would have had to have the ear cleaning within 2 weeks of the exam. This seems a little strange to me. If anything his ears would now be dirtier. The costs mount up when you have an exam and sometimes it is easier to spread out the cost. I have been taking my pets to Mohnacky for a long time. I am retired and it is a little hard to pay all at once. I will continue to go to Mohnacky partly because Jo Osborne is wonderful and very helpful at all times.

We can always get our dogs in for an examination when ever it is requested not with standing how busy the office is . Customer service is the best. YOUR PET will always be getting the best care too.

Front desk went out of their way to reinstate my Pet Care rewards points that had expired.
My two doggies are doing much better with their treatments, too!

Rates are very high and wait time very long. Went in for bortedella and dhp shots. One year ago that cost me $38...no visitation payment was charged then. This time we were looking at $120!! With a $61 office visit charge.
I also had his paw looked at....we were there for 1.5 hours.

My Toby has been going since he was a kitten I love how they take care of him. He gets very aggressive going there is don't know why I do feel bad for the girls. This visit the vet. Asked me if we have thought about doing a mobile clinic I understand she was looking out for my boy but it made me feel that he is a problem. I will see how next visit goes then maybe we will see.
