The staff blew me away by how kind and caring they were with me. Friendly and informative and genuinely caring about my situation. Every other vet I've visited in the past has been curt or condescending, so it was even more of a pleasure to see not only a lack of condescension, but it felt like their time with me was focused on ME and not on getting me in and out as quickly as possible.

The doctor and nurses were kind, sympathetic and worked with me to determine the best and most cost effective treatment for my sick pet. Their personal commitment was evident.

They treated my pup as if he were a person coming into an emergency room. Also provided me coffee while I waited for him. I have always had my doubts in how much animal hospital employees care about our babies, but they made me feel comfortable and like I was at the right place. Thanks.

As always, the office visit went very well and everyone involved was very pleasant and professional.
I have checked around in the past regarding costs of certain procedures. Well, Mohnacky came out cheaper on some things and a little more expensive on a few others. The customer service that I have received for my three dogs has more than made up for any costs that might have been more than others, but mostly of what was done has been cheaper.
First class staff.
