This will be my 2nd heating season since contracting with Modern and meeting Victor, my assigned tech. After living in my current home for 4 years with a heating system that created tepid air and would run constantly and still be under the thermostat setting. I had spent well over $1,000 with 3 other companies to correct the issue without positive results. Victor from Modern was able to diagnose and then resolve my furnace issue. Last winter my home heated quickly. My electric bill also reduced since my circulator was not calling constantly to reach a thermostat temperature it could never reach. I can highly recommend Victor who is no only knowledgeable, but takes pride in his work.
