Everyone from front desk/administrative to Grooming to medical care staff at Memorial is WONDERFUL, but I try to have Dr. John or Dr. Barlow see my animals when I bring them in. All four Doctors - and I've used all four - are knowledgeable, kind, skilled and truly love animals, but these two have taken care of me and four of my babies who were sick and died. I've used a lot of different Vets over the years and in many different areas of the country. With the single exception of my former Vet in North Carolina (UGA graduate and former Georgia native) who retired about the time I came to Griffin, there is NO BETTER CARE to be found for patients and their humans than at Memorial! I love all of you and am so grateful for everything you do!

As always, Dr. Flanders was professional, polite, kind, and thorough. I took two dogs in for friends to get their exams and shots. The vet tech and front staff were also wonderful.

This was my second visit here & it was as pleasurable as my first visit, the front office staff was very friendly & helpful as was the back office staff, I couldn’t have ask for a better experience, they took me as a walk-in, & I was in & out in no time, so needless to say I’ll definitely be going back for all my pets health needs!!!! & will definitely be referring my pet owner family & friends here!!!! Not a good place to take your babies, too many mistakes made by the Vets, they don't take responsibility for their neglegence and then charge you to fix the problem they created. Not a chance I want to take with my fur babies

I love Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic. The staff are always friendly & very helpful. They always treat my animals with care. Top Notch!!!

I brought my 15 week old 5 lb puppy in to get her shots and before we even left the office she was lethargic and weak. Within an hour she threw up 13 times. I called the vet and asked if this was a side effect and they said to bring her in immediately. I brought her in and Dr. Kevin walked in and said they gave her too much of the vaccine and they were going to give her Benadryl. Then CHARGED me for the Benadryl to fix THEIR mistake!! My puppy could have died from their mistake. I will never be back.

Dixie was groomed exactly as I described. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Excellent care and concern fir my pets. Vet answered all my questions to lend a greater comfort level of my own care. Spidey Cat is back to her old diva self.
