Service was excellent. A call for a problem that occurred after their normal service hours was answered promptly, and a technician was here within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Two weeks later another problem popped up and was taken care of promptly. Both the person who scheduled the repairs and the technicians who performed them were courteous, respectful, and efficient.

Very inexperienced repair person. Did not do anything but cause me grief! Said everything looked good, the only thing checked was the Freon level, was insistent on entering my home to check the thermostat, I refused for this can be checked outside. After he left I searched to find the individual who installed the unit, for we had lost contact with him and went with Melton. Found him!!! He came out on Sat. to check the unit for the problem was not fixed. He was horrified when he opened the unit all the way around. All the repairs that you have made were done with off market parts, not required parts. The coils were so full of dirt and dust,he pulled them off in sheets, the emergency heat was only plugged in on one side, the circuit breaker for the heater was not an authorized part, one wire had been replaced and no connector, just wrapped around the post. After testing, the motor on the squirrel cage is going bad, not moving the air properly, two capacitors are weak and needed to be changed, and these were also off market parts, not Goodman. There are other things that are wrong. He is coming back to fix and stated there might be other things wrong, will not know till the parts are replaced.
For the last nine years we have had you out twice a year to check the unit and clean the coils....not! We paid for the service that was hap haphazardly done .
