My massage with Fran was a much needed therapy for my body and soul and far exceeded all of my expectations.
I have been to a number of Spas within the US, PR, and Mexico and the Melandre Salon and Sulis Spa surpasses many globally acknowledged facilities. The comfort and cleanliness is noteworthy.

The lady with the "MAGIC-HANDS" (FRAN) did it again. I feel sooooo good during and after a session. Brand new for a few weeks. Lots of old injuries disappear. A true professional. LOVE THAT GIRL !!!!!!!!!!

Jessica, my masseuse, was great as always. However, the girl, who signed me out, had a bit of an attitude when I asked her to break a $100 dollar bill, to leave Jessica a tip.
If Jessica wasn't worth keeping, I would have considered canceling my membership and finding another spa. After such a peaceful massage, the last thing that I needed or expected was something to ruin my mood.
This is why I rated you so low. Jessica is worth five stars but, your customer service was a zero, that day. This definitely was not my experience, at all, last time. Everyone was so accommodating that I signed up for the membership on the spot.
I really hope that my next experience is a better one.

This was my first time at Melandre. Everyone was very professional....Jonathan, the guy who did my color was excellent and very helpful. However, I was not very pleased with my blow dry. Given that my hair is damaged by years of highlights, especially my ends, it needed a more complete blow dry or some style to the ends...curly iron perhaps so they would not look so damaged and freezy. I do a better job myself at home. Will probably come back but will ask for a different hair stylist to do my blow dry.
