-- The day of my appointment, I called the office to confirm, and found out they had me scheduled for the wrong time. It took 4 phone calls from me to resolve that.
-- When the work was finished, the plumber said they'd email me a receipt (because they had a new online system). I thought the email would include an itemized bill stating exactly what services they performed. But all I got was a receipt that verified the amount I amount I paid with my charge card. So I called the office. They said they'd ask the plumber to send me an itemized bill, but that was 4 days ago, and I still haven't received anything.
-- The work itself was satisfactory, but dealing with the office was a hassle.

Ryan arrived within a short time and his diagnosis was correct based on the issue we were having. The problem turned out to be an outside main sewer blockage and Ryan was courteous and willing to go the extra mile to get the proper equipment to rod the main sewer and resolve the issue.

Ryan was prompt, found the problem quickly and I had hot water the following day. He had the part over night shipped and was back the next day to complete the repair. He was also honest, professional and kind. We have a new plumber! No need to call anyone else-EVER!

I would highly recommend MaterCraft Plumbing to everyone. A ceiling tile in my basement had water dripping and I had no idea where it was coming from. I called the emergency line even though it was not a true emergency, but I did need someone to address it soon as I had a business trip coming up. I never felt like I was a bother. Tim came out during normal hours to check on the issue which was recommended to save me some money. It took some time, but he was to identify a leak in my refrigerator line. He repaired it quickly. Since he was at my home, I asked if he could take care of a spicket and an issue with banging pipes. TIM took care of it all and even made inexpensive recommendations. Overall the service was excellent and the cost was very fair.
