As always our visit was exceptional! The vet tech was professional and answered all of our questions.She was excellent with our pup and we will most certainly be back. The one criticism I have is that the of the 2 people working the front counter, neither of which were on the phone, did not greet us when we entered. They just continued with what they were working on on the computer. Once they finished they acknowledged us. (2-3 minutes). Clearly this would not be an issue if just one of them said "Hello, be with you in just a moment." rather than ignoring our existence.

Brough Graham, my ex wife's dog in specially for teeth cleaning. She has two dogs that she takes to Doerr and has for a long time, but I know Dr Oliver is needed for big procedures like this. Everyone was kind, attentive and the procedure was fast and he did well in his recovery.

I brought my elderly Golden Retriever in because she was having trouble with her back legs. I was able to get her a chiropractic session with Dr. Julia (forgot last name) and it really helped! Today my dog walked a half block further than she usually does. I'm taking her back for two more sessions, as recommended. I know our Sugar is feeling better!
