Lifetime Animal Center

We brought our dog in for spay surgery yesterday, with absolutely no prior discussion of teeth extraction or possibility thereof (she is 11 months old), and yet post-surgery were informed that the vet had performed two extractions without any attempt at communication. We have owned dogs and cats in the double digits, and had many surgeries and dental procedures, and at no time from any other vet has anyone ever done an extraction or procedure with prior discussion. Also, our little girl was sent home without any pain meds for after care; again, unprecedented.

The receptionists were very friendly. They greeted me right away and welcomed me as a new client.

They did a great job fitting me in even though they didn't have a free scheduled time. Provided good care and a thorough explanation.

I was not as impressed as I thought I would be. I have read many nice reviews about Lifetime and was expecting a superior visit. I was very disappointed that, although we told them on the phone and when we arrived we just moved to the area, not one staff member introduced themselves, or welcomed us. The issue we brought our pet in for was not taken care of to our satisfaction. It was average at best. Not saying they are a bad place, we just did not have a good experience. I had planned on making this our permanent vet of choice, but that will not be happening.

Friendly staff, great docs, very clean

I have heard others say that their prices are high but I have not found that to be true.

My dog was scared to get her shots and ended up shaking on the table with the vet tech and I trying to calm her down for 5-10 minutes waiting while the vet chatted on the phone. I wish they hadn't called us back until the vet was ready... less traumatizing that way.

Excellent as always! I love Lifetime Animal Center. I live 40 minutes away and still make the time to take my pets here!

Work was absolutely fantastic. My dog is obviously doing much better. My issue is the cost. When I originally talked to Dr. BarRyan, he gave me an estimate of $400. The cost was actually close to $800. I'm not sure we would have had the procedure done on such an elderly dog if we knew it was going to be so much

Everybody at your Center is so compassionate. I will not go anywhere else! Thanks for all you do!
