Our almost-17-year-old lab-shepherd mix had been a regular here with great checkups. Then one day his body seemed to just give out. We rushed him to Kindness and the staff was totally attentive to us from rushing out with a stretcher to Dr. Nickle saying "I cried when I found out he had passed." The staff and doctors are all very caring, very compassionate. We have said several times "if only human doctors and nurses could be as compassionate." This really is the best place to go for ultimate pet care. They are also very flexible with their scheduling and it doesn't cost an arm or a leg either.
