Ive been going to this salon for almost 5 years, the staff is great, I have referred friends and they now have been going for years.

I wanted to let you know that you pay a lot of money for this marketing tool. I have had it fail several times when being reminded to make an appointment. The salon has not called me back on two occasions and when I call the salon to check on the status of the appointment I requested they blame it on the software. I think that needs to be looked into to get the best bang for your buck.
