Very positive. When I arrived, Chico was very upset. Within minutes she was calmed down. This was do to the
manner in which the staff handled her.
Doctor Marshall is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions..

Dr. Marshall is the best - we've sure appreciated his supervision of our cats' health over the years.

The receptionist was very helpful when I called for an appointment. They did not have an opening until late in the day but she took the time to talk with Dr. Marshall to see if the issue was one which could wait or if I should bring in my cat earlier. This was very appreciated.

I have consistently had good experiences bringing my cat here. She's always handled very gently, nothing is prescribed that she doesn't need, and the staff listen and don't talk over you.
Me and my pet both feel more comfortable here than at other offices we've been in, and I always feel like she's in good hands when she's here.

We have been long time patients of Dr. Marshall and Island Cats. If you are good kitty owners, never go anywhere else. We would fly from anywhere in the world to get here. We trust no one else.

Just had checkup and shots for our 4 month old kitten and everyone was great from the front desk to vet techs to Dr Wilford. Dr Wilford offered a lot of practical tips for both health and training. Very generous with their time.
A cat only practice makes the visit much less stressful for the cat

As always, we appreciate the gentle and loving care you give our cats. We even bring in our cat who lives out of town with our daughter when she is here for a visit!
