I used this location massage service because I found a good massage therapist there. The massage was great. Their front desk staff usually pretty good to greet me when I arrived and after I finished the massage, but I don't find this on my Sept 22 visit.

I love my massage time. It's so relaxing. I love the hot towels. It is a small detail but really adds to the experience.

Great customer service. I did my facials with Elahe. She is really professional and showed a lot of care while doing my facial. She explained the process to me and was gentle, checking occasionally that I was very comfortable. She recommended skin products for me afterwards which I'm currently using and already feel a difference in my skin. I love the ambience and look forward to booking a massage session next.

Overall good, I would like that the therapist applies more product to my skin as it was feeling a bit painful while she was massaging.

my massage was excellent but the reception person I dealt with did not greet me politely and never smiled or said thank you. Very robotic. If I didn't like the massage as much I would most likely try a different place.

Excellent treatment of lower and upper back pain. It has helped me with the pain I experienced which had affected how I sat and slept. I would highly recommend Rochelle to anyone who is in pain.
