Gully Animal Hospital really helped us out of a tough spot by accepting our puppy on a Sunday afternoon for boarding Sunday night. They were very nice to us and to her and we would take her back again.
The only strange thing was that they required her to get a vaccination that was not required by her normal vet and they admitted not required by most vets.
Gully Animal Hospital replied:
A lot of vets do not require the canine influenza vaccine, but a lot of them do too. We started doing it after we had an outbreak in our boarding facility.

the technician was really nice however the doctor seemed like he did not wanted to be there and wanted to get things done quickly and be on his way

The extended hours are great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent. They called to confirm the appointment in advance and the tech assisted with getting records from our previous vet. We also received a follow up phone call to confirm that they were able to get the records. This was our first visit, but it was a great start!

I could not have been more pleased. We were visiting family when one of our two dogs became I'll and inpain. It was the Christmas Holiday season, and we were very relieved you could get us in.
Our dog is now doing much better, thanks to your clinic.

I'm very pleased with the service and everyone at your facility and my dogs are well cared for. I've not missed their former vet and your extended hours 7 days per week without additional charge makes a huge difference! As a senior citizen, I now much watch my finances carefully because added costs for late hours and weekends would make it difficult to care for my pets.
I recommend your group each time someone asks for a vet or complains about the one they have.

My dog is a rescue dog, and she means the world to me. When I moved to the Mansfield area, I needed a new vet, and started my long drawn out research to find the perfect one. Gully Animal Hospital kept coming up in my review searches. I needed to get her vaccinations up to date for her boarding stay before my Christmas trip with my fiancé. I am beyond happy with our visit at Gully Animal Hosptial. The staff at all levels is truly amazing. So much kindness, caring, and knowledge in each person. From the moment we walked in the door, I knew this would be her new vet's office. The technician was super sweet, Lauren, I believe was her name. So gentle with Holly, and very loving. Holly didn't seem too nervous, but the doctor and the technician both made it as stress free as possible for her. I only wish they had an opening so we could have boarded her there as well. Also, I was concerned about a few hot spots that Holly had. Instead of forcing medications onto Holly, the doctor gave us a few at home solutions for her, and recommended the perfect flea and tick preventative medicine to potentially help with the skin as well. I am just beyond satisfied. So thankful for them!
