I've gotten good care at Green Apple, but I have yet to see the same dentist twice since Dr Kang moved to another location years ago. There seems to be a revolving door of dentists there so you aren't able to establish a relationship with any of them. There are no windows in the rooms so it can feel claustrophobic, although they do try to ameliorate this by offering nice headphones, iPods, aromatherapy, lip balm, hot towels, and paraffin hand treatments, which certainly helps! I like how appointment reminders can be sent by text, and I've always been seen quickly in an emergency.

If you would prefer one dentist we do have them scheduled routinely on the same day every week and we would be happy to accomodate that request. Hygienist was very considerate of sensitive teeth and thorough in her cleaning. Dentist took the time to explain potential issues and answer all my questions. Just wish the online appointment request system worked...would make scheduling an appointment more convenient.

They did a great a great cleaning and thorough exam, appreciate that they stay ahead of my issues before they become serious problems.

I had a very "meh" experience here.
The receptionist seemed like she was pulled from an episode of "My Super Sweet 16" and was very apathetic about her job. I generally got the impression that most people in the office didn't really want to be there.
Dr. Bird, at least, was good - I think he just need to reevaluate who's on his staff.

Dr. Bird, the amazing staff and the magical IV sedation are amazing. This was my 3rd time here - they've always been great, but this time I was having 20 teeth pulled. He started the IV, said something about "a few minutes", and the next thing I knew I was sitting in my living room - it was all over. Amazing stuff. While I don't remember a single moment from starting the IV to being home, my girlfriend said everyone was great. :)

I was there to have two problem teeth pulled and Dr. Bird's chair side manner made a big difference for me.
