I LOVE GATE CITY!!! I trust everyone at Gate City with the care of my special little guy. Gucci has a lot of issues and I know that all of the staff cares about him just like I do. They want nothing but the best for him and myself too. Gucci loves going to Gate City which makes it easier to leave him during boarding. I recommend Gate City to all my friends and coworkers. I am so glad that I came to Gate City and I won't go anywhere else. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

I can't say enough great things about Gate City as we've been customers for well over a decade. Dr. Andress and his staff are so responsive and compassionate! Both of our Goldens (one has since passed) loved being there! Their tails started wagging as soon as we Pulled into the parking lot. Piper doesn't even look back to say goodbye when I drop him off for boarding. And, I know he's in good hands.

They have taken care of my pets for many years and they have treated them just like family. I would not have my pets looked after by anyone but them.

I was very please with the service I received. Gate Citu was willing to work with me concerning an appointment because of my work schedule. They allowed me to bring Sassy in early and gavr me a call to update me on her status and treatment cost prior to providing any service. I was most appreciative of that and the way they do everything at the clinic. It is a good place and everyone is very pleasant.

Going to Gate City Animal Hospital is always a nice experience for Rusty and for me. Staff folks are friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable. The building itself is so warm, inviting and spotless! I'm proud to say GCAH is my dog's hospital!

Staff was friendly & very caring! I was provided multiple treatment options (& their associated costs) to choose how in depth I wanted to go with my Rottweiler's care. They gave me the choice to start with less expensive initial steps & see how they work, continuing to a more thorough treatment plan later if needed. But so far my rottie is recovering perfectly with the initial care! I will definitely be bringing both of my dogs there from now on!

Gate City gave us an appt., even though they were booked. They never make you feel rushed even when you are about the last one out the door and they are closing. They always provide excellent care.
