This is my second issue with Blaze, I feel the cost is far too high merely to find out what the problem is but such is life. Dr. Weir was very thorough in her examination and very nice indeed, I do appreciate the care Blaze receives here and I will continue to visit Forest lawn Veterinary Hospital for the care of my four legged family.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the time you step in and get a very friendly greeting from Dana or Jasmine to the awesomeness of the vets (our fav is Dr. Gallacher) to the after care from the awesome Chris or Shawna we are treated with kindness, compassion and understanding.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I came in with a dog and I didn't have much information on she was a rescue. She was made comfortable and her experience was awesome. Thanks for taking the time with us and making our experience pleasant.

The doctor was very personable, super friendly with my pets and didn't rush through our appointment. Dana at the front desk was superb as usual. :)

Staff are always amazing! Dr. Chenoweth is the best vet we have ever seen in our opinion. He takes the time to explain things and is so wonderful with our dog. He is kind and patient and obviously loves what he does. Love this clinic!

Staff were excellent, service provided was just what we needed. I bring all 3 of my dogs here because they are fantastic.
