I worked with Milo to order new model snow and ice tires. I set an appointment and they took care of me right on time. Great customer service.

I like Tire Pros but the last time I had to wait too long. I got there at 9:00 and they did not start working on my car until after 11:30. In the meantime they took in a lot of cars that were drop-ins. I had an appointment. I waited for hours.

Felt like I got overcharged for parts and labor for brake work. Like $44 for brake fluid?

I had a 930 am appointment for an oil change. I was told the car would be done by 11. I came back at 11. My car was not done until 11:45. Tire pros got so caught up checking everything that instead of getting the job done they put me an hour behind schedule. When a customer wants an oil change and has an appointment it should not be a two hour ordeal. I do not think I will be back

Professional and on time. Knowledgeable and helpful. We have been customers for years now. However I would prefer not to get the sales pitch about the engine flush.
