I met Ryan out socially and after getting to know each other and learning he works in the hair industry I immediately went online to check out the salon and understand more his position and passion for his industry. I approached him about taking me on as I have a very challenging head of hair and he welcomed me with open arms! At my fist appointment we just sat and talked about the history of my hair, it's ups and downs and my hopes for the future. He proceeded to wash, cut, style and most importantly; educate me.
My second visit was even better because then color was on the agenda. Still more education and a wonderful experience. Others who work in the salon commented on my hair, asked him questions and then I was asked if I could be photographed. Usually I flatly refuse, this time I was happy and confident to oblige.

Service was great, only complaint would be that the chairs where you get your hair washed are set at a very uncomfortable angle. I felt like I was lying upside down and it wasn’t fun.

Kevin was amazing!! I’ve never had a facial before and he made feel very relaxed and comfortable. My skin has never felt this good!! Will be back for sure!

When I walked in to the salon I was not greeted however I was acknowledged by the staff members that were too busy having their personal conversations to greet this made me feel unwelcome when my service I came for was finished I looked in the mirror and was ask if I liked the results I was not asking before hand what exact color I wanted when I said no this needs to be correcting their response was I was under the impression you wanted to go with your natural color just a word to the staff you should always go by the clients personal wants and ask before hand instead of running on your own assumptions
Your ideas and wants is not why we come for your services always greet your guests Instead of them making them feel like an inconvenience

I have been going to John for over 20 years...he is the best! I was so glad to see him on Friday....and was willing to wait as long as needed for my cut and color by John. I get lots of compliments on my hair. The music was great and relaxing.
