Honestly the whole experience from the beginning to the end felt like a scam. The fees are absolutely ridiculous. You can find a more practical and honest chiropractor within 5 miles. I came in and was met by a warm and friendly receptionist. Met the doctor and after a quick consultation took xrays for some reason. Never heard anything about the results either but I gave him 85 dollars for that. Not only did I not receive what I came in for, paid for and asked for but left in more pain from a pointless electricmassage or pulse device. I went to another chiropractor the next day told him what happened at this office told him my problem and what I was looking for and received an adjustment and felt a hundred times better. Overall I paid two hundred dollars and left in pain and that should say everything there is to know about this place.

Doctor Spainhower has been in practice for 38 years and always strives to provide excellent care to his patients. We are sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience. It is our policy to review procedures and fees before proceeding, and the patient always has the option to decline services after the free consult. Doctor Spainhower did spend 15-20 minutes doing a thorough exam, after which he deemed x-rays were necessary. The therapies we provide are to reduce swelling and pain in the body and are very effective. It was explained that your second appointment would be where Doctor would go over your x-ray with you and come up with a treatment plan that was appropriate for your condition. We did attempt to schedule your second visit for this reason, in which you declined. We do wish you the best with your new chiropractic office and your x-rays are always here for you to pick up a copy.

Spainhower Chiropractic is definitely a five-star experience.
