Visited Fiorio's in Richmond Hill and Theo gave me a fabulous haircut and the most soothing shampoo ever. I love coming here as Theo is so attentive and my hair always looks great. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted and gowned and offered a beverage. This salon is very welcoming and there is no awkward moments of not knowing where to go or where your stylist went as everyone is so well trained in customer service. Thank you so much Theo!

The receptionist was very accommodating when I first arrived and described to her my dilemma, she was very understanding and helpful in setting up a very impromptu appointment with Theo to get my hair ready for an event that night. When I returned for my appointment, I had told her of another dillemma regarding me traveling to Toronto from Ottawa without make-up and she arranged to have my make up done again on very short term request. Theo did a fabulous job putting my hair up the way I had envisioned it and he didn't make my hair look too big as I have lots of it. I was very impressed with his technique and his understanding of my woes with previous up dos.

And the make up... she made me look very elegant for the event that night. I don't wear a lot of make up and she took that into consideration and still made me look beautiful.

I am in Toronto often and will consider going back to see Theo again for more events or just to pamper myself when I can. Thank you very much Fiorio Richmond Hill :)

I've been going to Fiorio RH for a few years and getting my hair cut with Evan. He is really great! I have fine hair and Evan knows how to cut and style it to look and feel as full as possible. He also does updos for me and I get compliments from my friends every time! Thanks Evan!

I have been searching for a long time for a salon I'm happy with, and finally ,the search has ended! I have never had a haircut as well executed as Evan has given me, and colour done as beautifully as Holly did. If you are looking for professionals who know their craft, run, do not walk!!!!!

My colourist and stylist both provided me with great ideas, and they both did a great job combining what I wanted - no real change from my hair colour and longer hair with side bangs - with their own expertise and suggestions. Everyone I saw over the next few days told me how great it looked the entire weekend. Totally worth the price tag.

The Richmond Hill Team are always a real pleasure to deal with. I have been a client for quite some time, and have appointments just about every 3 weeks. From the front desk staff, right through to Salon Manager Theo, I am always made to feel welcome.

The staff are very personable, go out of their way to engage you in conversation, and provide my son with possibly the "best hot chocolate in the world!" (his words not mine )

Love the appointment reminders and the flexibility of booking...oh and the haircut never lets me down.

Great job everyone! The Salon is in great hands...literally!
