I was pleased with the new doctor she helped with contact lenses and sent to have my glasses prescription.fixed. She gave me a trial pair of contacts and I was so surprised how well I could see. Thank you.

Service was great once I was called in. The wait needs to be shorter, I was called in about 20 minutes after my appt. time. Communicating and acknowledging patients when you're running behind is very important (neither was done).
Dr. is very attentive/thorough to all health issues that may affect vision and that is a plus.

Not happy with the new doctor at this facility. Fails to provide adequate information to her patients and their parents regarding the results of the exam and the poor girls in the office can't answer basic questions because Dr. Majaddidi doesn't even fill out her charts properly. Now that Dr. Severin is gone we will be going elsewhere.
