I have never been much for sticking with a workout plan but Carolee is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her workouts for about ten months now and have never felt better. I have lost over twenty pounds and have my physique back as if I was back in highschool! She is so motivating and kindhearted. I can tell why Excel Body Fitness is doing so well, it is not only the great workout plans that keep you on your toes but the team here is passionate about what they do and make you feel welcome, you really won't be able to find another place like this.

Less fancy: more personal. I like that the instructors are accessible and know us... And appreciate their encouragement. I don't get lost in the crowd of a mega gym.

Awesome place - very caring staff - Carolee is fabulous - knows everyone by name and is available to you anytime for support. If you want results - you come here - every workout is different and designed for RESULTS! The cost per month is the same as personal training session - it is nothing! Do it now!

I've belonged to other gyms before, but this is the first to combine excellent group fitness, an encouraging community, comfortable and helpful accountability, and fun.

Maybe have more 5:45pm classes instead of 6pm but overall great classes! Love it :)

Excel Body Fitness helps me in many ways...I enjoy seeing many members there and I have made some strong friendships. However, I know there are great resources available to me at any time, whether I have questions about exercise, injuries, diet, etc.

The group exercise classes are amazing. The classes are efficient and difficult workouts that are perfect for those who want to get in and get out. The treadmills and equipment otherwise are what you'd expect at any gym. I do wish people would wipe down mats and equipment more regularly, but they gym seems to do it between sessions themselves.

What makes us different from other gyms is that our group Fitness classes are geared towards busy people who want to come in and get it done and go about their lives. Glad to have you here at Excel. And yes, we always make sure that the mats get wiped down between classes.

My daughter loves zumba and yoga. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Clean and working equipment, great trainers and awesome staff.

You all are providing an excellent workout! I'm sad to say I will not be able to participate at this time, however. I'm experiencing high blood pressure and my cardiologist is trying to regulate it. I'll be doing a stress test right after Christmas and we'll see from there.
