very disappointed with hair color. didn't realize until i was leaving that my shirt and sweater were soaked because so much water ran down my neck when the stylist rinsed my hair. i've NEVER had that experience before. as soon as i paid the stylist she left the room, and when i saw her in the lobby as i was leaving, she was talking to people, and i didn't want to embarrass her by telling her in front of others how soaked my clothes were, and how disappointed i was. she also said she didn't have a hair pic to lift my hair, (why not????). i gave her mine, which she forget to return to me. i will never return.
