The doctor and staff at EnCanto are caring, helpful, friendly, and professional. Dr. Chance was thorough and explained in detail the results of labs and X-rays.

Everyone at Encanto Pet Clinic was very kind and professional, when I had to take my Miniature Schnauzer in for some tests. We had to use the curbside service, due to Corona, so my boy was in the exam room without me. As per usual he was barking up a storm and one of the ladies pet and comforted him. That means a lot to me. The doctor was very patient with me when explaining the treatment options for my boy, based of whatever outcome of the tests. She was very thorough, and upbeat. I felt very comfortable with her. They were all so nice. It may have just been timing, but they were also able to get him in on the day I called, which was nice because his regular vet wasn’t able to see him for weeks, and I had called several other vets. This may not always be the case, but for a mom who is a nervous wreck over her dog, it was pretty darn wonderful.

I was very happy with the process of pet evaluation during the pandemic. Communication of costs and plan of care was transparent.

I was very happy with my experience. The Vet was very helpful and informative plus the staff was friendly and caring towards my dog. I left feeling that my dog had been treated by caring people!

Dr. Hogan was so attentive and detail-oriented. This was the first time I actually felt like the concerns I have about my pet were taken seriously. Plus, the clinic has very COVID-safe practices right now. Thanks for a great experience!
