Excellent diagnostics and treatment for my Brussels Griffon at my recent appointment. Both professional and office staff were exceedingly cordial and efficient in directing the care of my pet. When our dog had barely eaten for 3-4 days and started vomiting blood, we realized that he had a potentially major problem. I called and was able to get an appointment with my vet that day. He did a thorough exam and started treatment that day. He scheduled a follow-up appointment the following day, making every effort to get him back on track as quickly. When we went in the following day, he continued treatment and scheduled me in the following day to see another doctor because my doctor would not be in that day. When we went in to see her, she was equally thorough in her exam, even re-x-raying for changes and continued treatment. When I told her we were still not able to get him to eat, she made suggestions and asked me to call back that evening and let her know how it worked. When the dog still would not eat the usual bland chicken and rice diet the first doctor recommended or the egg and turkey she recommended, II called and they told me they had a dog food that was easily digested and we went and got it. We have now been able to get him to start eating this food. Their thoroughness and the interest they take in my dogs is the reason I continue to come to Valley West and Elk Valley.

My appointment was with Dr. Leadmon, who has taken care of my dogs for years. I have complete trust in her knowledge of animals. She is easy to talk with, takes the time to answer my questions, and has a genuine love for animals.Those three things mean a lot to me! My dogs all love her too! The office staff and vet techs are great, and from the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed there.
