As in visits before, I'd rate the staff very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctor takes the time to really get to know you and what problems or symptoms you might have regarding your eyes. She knows her stuff and is all about making your eyesight the best it can be. When I mentioned itchy eyes, she right away noticed the redness of an allergic conjunctivitis and gave each eye a drop that within minutes make them non-itchy and gritty. I'd recommend Elburn Eye Care to anyone in need of a caring and knowledgeable eye doctor.

I found all of you so friendly and helpful. I have never in all the time I have worn glasses have someone help pick out my frames, and it leaves me feeling sad because it really helps if you put a pair on and nobody tells you how they look. It was nice to see the reaction I saw when I put the pair on that I chose. It is a nice feeling.

As with every visit, my appointment with Dr. M exceeded expectations. I was well taken care of, in a timely manner, and received the BEST care.

Dr. Montalbano is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took time to explain my eye health. The staff is friendly and pleasant to work with.

I trust Doctor Michelle with my eyes. She has some of the best diagnostic equipment, she is knowlegable and most importantly she cares. Her office staff and assistants are all knowlegable and dedicated professionals who care about the patients. This is the best Optometry office I have ever been to and I would not go anywhere else.
